To Turn Monitor On just move mouse a little or Press some key on keyboard.
Add a Scheduled Action to Shut Down / Log Off / Restart Computer after n minutes (where n can be 1 to 60 minutes).
Scheduled Action has an option of Brute as well, in which case any UnSaved Data will be lost(so do take extra care whenever using this option).
Scheduled Action can be specfied without Brute Option as well.
Setup creates a Shortcut Key on Desktop to Power Monitor Off / Add Scheduled Action.
Upgrades for Registered Users at No Extra Cost.

Power Monitor Off Network Edition Allows to Power Monitor Off Other Computers Connected via Network.

The Application remembers last Action & hence if you wish to do the same action at another time , simply click on Schedule Action & click on OK.
